I have been in the real estate field for 20 years. I began my career, and my life, in Massachusetts where I centered my real estate efforts on residential real estate sales. During my real estate career in Massachusetts I was a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer, member of the Presidents Club and attained the license of Broker. I first discovered Sanibel that same year (1984) on a family trip to the islands. My husband and I were so enchanted with the island we bought vacation rental property within three days of arriving!!! Each year we spent more and more time here and came to realize what a wonderful place the island is for full time residency and a great place to raise our son. We made the jump to full time residency and feel so lucky to live here!! We continue to be managers of our island rental investment as well as our off island real estate investments, and of course homeowners on the island. I have extensive experience in the vacation rental market in the area stemming from my own holdings as well as experience working for rental agencies and managing condo complexes on the island. I hold a Broker's License in both Florida and Massachusetts Island Life continues to cast its spell over me.
