Rates include complimentary high speed Internet access.
There is a 11% local tax and a $75 cleaning fee per visit. A 20% deposit (minimum $300) is required to hold a reservation and a $250 security deposit will be included in the final payment.
Directions
From the south on I-75:
- Take exit 136 and join Colonial Blvd towards Fort Myers.
- Cross toll bridge to Cape Coral - the road becomes Veterans Memorial Pkwy.
- Follow until it meets SR-78 (SW Pine Island Rd). Turn left onto SW Pine Island Rd.
- After crossing onto Matlacha Island, turn left onto Matlacha Ave.
- Turn right onto 3rd Street. We are number 2593 on the left.
From Fort Myers Airport:
- Follow exit signs towards I-75 north.
- Joing I-75 north towards Tampa.
- Leave I-75 at the next exit (#136) and follow the directions above.
From the north on I-75:
- Take exit 161, turn right onto Jones Loop Road.
- Cross over SR-41 (Tamiani Trail) and join Burnt Store Road going south.
- Follow until it meets SR-78 (SW Pine Island Rd). Turn right onto SW Pine Island Rd.
- After crossing onto Matlacha Island, turn left onto Matlacha Ave which is just after the Matlacha Art Gallery.
- Turn right onto 3rd Street. We are number 2593 on the left.
